: Client to release payments in favor of Shakti Engineering Ltd.
(a) Client to release 50% of total contract value as advance along with work order.
(b) Client to release 40% of the total contract value before delivery of Equipment.
(c) Client to release balance 10% payment after installation.

VAT/Tax
|
: No VAT is to be deducted from our bill. We are manufacturer and we pay VAT before delivery of our supplied items. Original Mushak Challan will be provided at the time of delivery. AIT is included in our offer.

Warranty
|
: We provide warranty of our supplied equipment against any manufacturing, material and workmanship defect for a period of 12 months from the date of delivery.

Change/Revisions
|
: Change and/or revision of this offer shall be entertained with a clearly defined written instruction by client, such change/revision(s) may lead to a variation in the price and delivery period.

Maintenance
|
: We encourage you to sign a maintenance contract under separate offer for routine check up your sub-station after expiry of waranty period .

Assumptions
|
:
(a) All govt. fees will be paid by client at actual.
(b) All civil works will be carried out by client on their own responsibilities.
(c) Necessary permission from corresponding authorities will be arranged by client within prescribed time.
(d) Necessary documents will be provided by client within prescribed time.
(e) Supply of Cable, single/three phase meter, Energy meter, RMU and related expense, Pole extension, OH line extension etc. will be in client's scope - if not quoted particularly.
(f) Changes of price and delivery period due to new rule/policy (if any) set by govt. or relevant authorities will be on your account. We believe you will understand the matter as all are under Government rules and regulations and beyond our control.
