01. Validity : Our offer will remain valid for a peroid of 30 days from the date of this offer.

02. Prices : All the busducts are subject to our factory standard routine electrical tests before delivery.

03. Port of Delivery : Chittagong, Bangladesh.

04. Packing : Export Standard Sea Worthy Packing.

05. Country of Origin: EAE, Turkey.

06. Shipment Time : Foreign portion: Within 6-8 weeks ex-works after receipt of confirmed Letter of Credit by our principle.

07. Payment : Foreign portion: 100% By irrevocable & confirmed letter of credit or Central Bank regulation is to be opened in favour of our principal.

08. Payment : Local portions : 50% as an advance remaining 50% at time of taking delivery.

09. Delivery Time : Local portions: Within 30 days after work order

10. Shipment : From Istanbul Sea Port, Turkey.

11. Guarantee : We Guarantee the goods of our supply against any defects in materials & workmanship during manufacturing for a period of 18 months from the date of supply & 1 year from the date of commissioning which occurs earlier subject to non-repairing/disman- tling equipment without our prior permission.

12. After-sales service : Our trained and skilled Engineers & technicians will be available within shortest period of time. All spares parts are available ready stock from our store located at H-6, R-92 Gulshan-2, Dhaka.
